There are many rivers in China, most of which flow into the Pacific Ocean, such as the Yangtze River, the Yellow River (the East China Sea and the Bohai Sea are part of the Pacific Ocean), and some flow into the Indian Ocean, such as the Brahmaputra River and the Nu River, but there is also a river that flows into the Arctic Ocean, isn’t it incredible?
This river is the Irtysh River, and it is also the only river in China that flows into the Arctic Ocean.
The Irtysh River is the largest tributary of the Ob River, originating from the southern slope of the Altai Mountains in Fuyun County, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, China, flowing northwest along the southern foothills of the Altai Mountains, entering the State of Kazakhstan in the west of Habahe County, flowing into Jaisambo, and continuing to flow northwest through the northeast of Kazakhstan after leaving the lake. It eventually flowed into the Gulf of Ob in the Kara Sea of the Arctic Ocean.
