Whether you are dealing with clerical affairs or operating a self-media account, you may encounter scenarios that require batch renaming of documents. Manually changing hundreds of files one by one is time-consuming and inefficient. So how to deal with it? Next, I will introduce you to an efficient batch name change tool to help you complete the task quickly.
1. First, start the program and import the directory where the file needs to be renamed.
2. The second step is to perform a quick rename operation. Fill in the prefix “Piano Pure Music” in the “New Name” input box, set the serial number to three digits, and enable the zero filling function. After confirming that the preview effect is correct, click Perform the name change. When the pop-up window appears, select Confirm, check again after the operation is completed, and open the corresponding folder to view the modified file name.
3. The third step is to perform the add operation. Insert a few characters in front of the current file name: Switch to the Add page,
4. Select Add new content before the first character, preview it after completing the settings, and then perform the change operation. After confirming that there are no problems, click “OK”.
5. Step 4: Export the file list to an Excel table, edit the new name and then import it into the software to achieve batch name change.
6. First, add the destination folder, click the Export file name button and save to open it. When editing in Excel, fill in the new file name, switch to the “Rename according to Excel” tab, specify the column number accurately, and click “Excel Import” to load the data. Finally, click “Perform Modify” to complete the batch name change after the processing is completed.
7. The fifth step is to complete the name change. There are more practical functions that have not been shown here one by one, and I will have the opportunity to share them with you later.
