and Minecraft, etcbuildUnlike games, most video games are more passionate about destruction than creation. Saber Interactive’s Disaster Restorer takes a unique approach and puts players in control of an area devastated by natural disasters and decides on their own reconstruction plans. The game is now available on Steam and ranks 19th on the platform’s popular game list with nearly 34,000 concurrent players, performing well in competition with 3A masterpieces.
Disaster Restorer is a building game in a way, but closer to reality. Players cannot skip the cleanup phase and build directly – the ruins must be cleared before the rebuilding can begin. Paving new roads is just the beginning, and the core of the game is to allow players to independently plan regional layout and construction plans.
Players can operate cranes, transporters, bulldozers and other equipment alone or in teams of up to three (voice collaboration is supported), and all progress is shared and cross-platform online functions. The game provides eight maps with different styles (including forests and deserts), and players can choose to develop in-depth or rebuild them simply, fully controlling the transformation.
The game is currently on sale on the Steam platform, and the game is landed at the same timeXbox Series X|S and PS5 platforms.
