It is reported that Baidu proposed a plan to cultivate 5 million AI talents within 5 years in 2020, and it has been achieved ahead of schedule in 2024.
Based on the successful completion of the “5 Million AI Talent Plan”, Baidu has launched the “Baidu Talent Training Galaxy” plan, which will create another 5 million large model talents.
On April 19 this year, Baidu also announced that in the next three years, Baidu will open 21,000 internship positions to outstanding campus talents, and continue to strengthen the training of interns to further improve the internship conversion rate.
